i received a complimentary upgrade to an executive junior suite. the room was clean and well-kept (i was really charmed by this).
the wait for the elevator was occasionally lengthy due to ongoing maintenance.

mixed feelings about the stay
slow elevator noisy street
My experience was not entirely positive. the elevator service was slow, just one lift seemed to be working properly. this meant waiting longer than i expected each time i needed to move between floors.. also, i found the room to be showing its age. The windows didn't seal well so street noise was quite noticeable.

working air conditioning inconvenient outlet
i was a bit let down. the air conditioning in my room barely worked, made sleeping uncomfortable. also, i found a kettle but no nearby outlet for it (what's that about?! ). it took a couple of requests before someone brought an extension cord. this felt inconvenient. (it was really hot in the room)
